Mango mousse s kokosom

[:sl]Po vremenskih napovedih imamo pred sabo zadnje poletne dni. Kako žalostno, sploh, ko se to poletje niti v redu začelo ni. Skoraj vsak dan dež, pogoste nevihte in toče so bili tipična znanilci letošnjega poletja. Vsekakor so nas te vremenske razmere opozarjale tudi na to, kako samoumevno jemljemo naravo, ki je okoli nas. Bolj bi jo morali spoštovati in ceniti, se vam ne zdi?

Danes sem se odločila za zelo enostavno sladico, ki jo lahko pričnete pripravljati že dopoldan. Popoldan, po kosilu, pa vas že mamljivo vabi, da jo poskusite. Sladica ni pretirano sladka, vsaj najina ni bila. Mogoče je dosti odvisno tudi od tega, kakšen mango boste uporabili. V kolikor bo vaš mousse po tem receptu zelo sladek, sem prepričana, da bo to zaradi manga. Vesela bom vsakega “feedbacka” in se zanj že vnaprej zahvaljujem.

Pomembno je opozoriti na to, da je pred uporabo potrebno kosokosovo mleko dati vsaj en dan prej v hladilnik. Če ga imate dlje časa tudi ni takšen problem, le zelo trd postane in je potrebno paziti pri miksanju, da ga ne raztrosite po celi kuhinji, kot se je že zgodilo meni :D. Uporabljala sem kokosovo mleko iz Hoferja (glej sliko spodaj). Ostala opozorila mislim, da niso potrebna.

Veliko veselja ob pripravi in naj vam tekne ta osvežilna sladica, ki je primerna tudi za vse, ki ne prenašajo mlečnih izdelkov.

Priprava testenin

Sestavine

  • 1 večji mango narezan na kocke
  • 1 konzerva kokosovega mleka (brez tekočine)
  • 2 žlici javorjevega sirupa
  • 1 pest kokosove moke

Priprava

  1. S paličnim mešalnikom spasiramo mango in javorjev sirup.
  2. Z mešalnikom zmiksamo kokosovo mleko in mu dodamo mešanico iz manga, da se dobro poveže.
  3. Pustimo v hladilniku vsaj dve uri.
  4. Kokosovo moko prepražimo v ponvi približno 1 minuto. Paziti moramo, da se ne zažge.
  5. Ko je mousse pripravljen, ga dekoriramo z velikoooo praženenega kokosa ter z nekaj, na kocke, narezanim mangom.

It was rainy almost every daythis summer with frequent storms and hail. By all means, these weather conditions reminds us of how we take nature for granted. We should respect and appreciate it more, don’t you think?

Today, I’ve decided to make a very simple dessert, which you can start preparing early in the morning. In the afternoon, after lunch, it’s already readyfor you to try it. This mango mousse is not overly sweet, at least ours wasn’t. It may also depend on what mango you use. If your mousse is very sweet, I’m sure it will be because of mango.

It is important to note that prior to using coconut milk you must store it for at least one day in the refrigerator. It’s not a biggy if the milk is stored in the refrigerytor for a longer period of time. After a while milk becomes very hard and you need to be careful when mixing it so that you do not end up with it all over the kitchen, as has already happened to me :D. I use Hofer’s coconut milk(see figure below).

Lot of joy preparing this mousse, and let this refreshing dessert be such a success as it was at our house. Let me remind you that mousse is also suitable for anyone who doesn’t tolerate dairy products.

Ingredients

  • 1 larger chopped mango
  • 1 can of coconut milk(only the hard part)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • a handful of coconut flour

Methd

  1. Mash mango and maple syrup with immersion blender of your choice.
  2. Mix coconut milk with your mixer. After it’s ready, add mango mixture and stir well. You can also use your mixer at this point.
  3. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  4. Pan fry your cocnut flour for about a minute. Be careful not to overburn it.
  5. After the mousse is ready, decorate it with a looot of coconut flour and some chopped mango.
